Controller and rights

Where applicable, request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability at developmenttester.apps@gmail.com. Requests are handled within GDPR deadlines, generally one month. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Hosting and preferences
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process IP addresses and technical request data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing and securing the service, respecting visitors’ rights. Your chosen theme is stored locally, not used for tracking. If you email us, we use the message to address your request for as long as needed, under the relevant legitimate interest, precontractual steps or legal obligations. The contact mailbox uses Gmail, a Google service. We do not link your messages to values entered in the demo.
Decisions and safeguards
The owner does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on visitors. Contact the privacy email for information about applicable international-transfer safeguards and, where appropriate, a copy of them.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 (G-3NVXWKSS8Z) loads only after acceptance. Legal basis: consent. It measures page visits, technical browser and device data and cookie identifiers; it also records clicks on purchase platforms and the language, not purchase information. We omit demo input values and URL or referrer query parameters and fragments. The integration disables Google Signals and advertising personalization; automatic enhanced measurement is disabled. Rejecting does not restrict the demo.
Retention
The choice is valid for at most 12 months and is requested again if the policy, purposes or providers change. Analytics cookies last at most 12 months without automatic renewal. Google retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; new activity can reset the user-data period. These limits do not affect most aggregate reports. Technical hosting logs follow the provider’s configuration and terms.
Providers and transfers
Cloudflare hosts the site and Google Analytics provides consented measurement. Their processing terms and subprocessors govern the services. Processing may occur outside the EEA using applicable safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions for entities participating in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Admin Pro cookies and consent are not shared with UI or Icons.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw at any time through “Change privacy preferences” in the footer. Rejecting clears accessible Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the Google tag. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
